For strategy consulting there is a grant of up to €5,600 per year, and for implementation up to 60% of costs, depending on location and company size. We check with you which funding fits and prepare the documents so that the application is submitted before the project starts.

Consulting is subsidised nationwide, while implementation is funded by the federal states. You can use both one after the other: strategy first, then implementation.
Strategy consulting per year
Up to €2,800 grant per consultation, two consultations per year. 80% in eastern Germany (excluding Berlin and the Leipzig region), 50% in western Germany.

35 to 60% depending on company size, on up to €100,000 of direct expenditure, plus a 7% flat rate for indirect costs. That amounts to a grant of up to €37,450.

Funding for strategy
Through a nationwide consulting funding scheme. It subsidises up to €3,500 of consulting costs per consultation, at 80% or 50% depending on the region. Two funded consultations are possible per year, so up to €5,600 in total.

Tip: if you plan strategy and a second consultation (e.g. Exit check) in the same year, you use both funding options.
A further requirement is that the adviser meets the funding body's quality requirements.
Funding for implementation
That depends mainly on your federal state and company size. As a rule, software, setup and accompanying consulting are funded, which is exactly what an implementation consists of.
