No. It is enough to make a suitable introduction. ivato takes care of the initial conversation, analysis, quote and implementation. Freelance sales partners can hold first conversations themselves if they wish.
The commission falls due as soon as the client has paid their invoice. For projects with instalment payments, you receive your commission proportionally per instalment paid. You send us an invoice or credit note for this.
Yes. From the moment of submission the contact is protected for you. If an order results, your commission applies, including for follow-up orders. Existing clients or contacts that ivato is already in talks with are excluded.
Mainly owner-managed mid-sized companies in DACH, for example in mechanical engineering, trades, wholesale, services, energy or retail. Typical signals: a lot of manual work in processes, leads getting lost, growth held back by staffing, or a succession coming up.
Please only with your contact's consent. The simplest way: you make an introduction by email or send your referral link. That keeps everything compliant with data protection.
Commissions are generally taxable income. Whether you need a business registration for this depends on your situation. Please clarify this with your tax adviser. Companies and agencies simply invoice the commission through their existing business.
In addition to the commission, closer cooperation as an implementation partner is also possible, for example on joint projects. We discuss the details individually in the partner conversation.
