We are looking for an experienced sales partner in appointment setting who independently approaches new contacts and generates qualified conversations. Topic: health and performance for business owners and employees - more energy in everyday life, no afternoon slump, sustainable performance.
Your tasks
- Independently approaching potential prospects (outbound)
- Arousing interest, qualifying and arranging appointments
- Confident objection handling
- Working to a guide, with your own style
- Focus on arranging appointments, not on selling
Your profile
- Proven experience in setting or sales
- Confident in conducting conversations and handling objections
- Very good German (C1-C2)
- Professional, likeable manner
- Self-employed basis, parallel projects possible
What we offer
- €50-80 per appointment attended plus a bonus per close
- Weekly payout possible
- If the initial phase is convincing: fixed fee plus commission possible
