Have you already built more with AI than most people your age? Then what counts with us is what you can do, not which certificate you hold. We do not require a completed degree. What matters is that your projects impress us.
At ivato you work on AI solutions that run every day at owner-managed companies: assistants, automations, knowledge systems. From the first prototype to stable operation.
Your tasks
- Designing and implementing AI workflows and agents, e.g. document processing, lead qualification, knowledge assistants
- Connecting language models via APIs, structuring and versioning prompts and tool calls cleanly
- Building retrieval solutions: preparing documents, embeddings, vector search, source references
- Making quality measurable: test cases, evaluations, error analysis instead of gut feeling
- Connecting AI with CRM, ERP and existing systems via interfaces and automation tools
- Helping to introduce solutions at the client and training the team in using them
Your profile
- Your own AI projects that you can show: GitHub, a demo, a blog or a tool that others use
- Solid programming in Python or TypeScript, not just vibe coding: you read, understand and debug the code you write (also with AI)
- An understanding of how language models work: context windows, tokens, hallucinations, limits and costs
- Experience with APIs, JSON, webhooks and at least one automation tool such as n8n, Make or Zapier
- A feel for data protection and security: what may go into a model and what may not
- Curiosity and pace: you try out new models and tools before anyone asks, and explain them clearly
