Connecting registration and QR access
Starting point
An industrial 3D printing provider receives customers, organises training and holds events in an exhibition centre. Visitors were meant to be able to follow the printing, while participants, rooms, documents and access had to fit together.
How do you connect training bookings and visitor access?
During the project, a central event system was built that coordinates insights, booking, preparation and access via QR codes.
One-time codes and functions for arranging appointments among guests complete the process. The exhibition centre has a single control point for visitors and events.
