Insurance white label reseller CRM automation

Starting point

A brokerage in Austria wanted to open up new business areas and was looking for a scalable model for insurance products that manufacturers can offer under their own brand as an add-on. Every variant, every policy and every renewal had until then generated administrative effort that drove up the price of the product.

How can onboarding of new insurance resellers be cut to one day?

During the project, the business areas were analysed and a base product with deliberately lean administration was designed. The CRM was adapted along the entire chain: calculation, policy issuing, documents, billing and renewal interlock as one continuous process.

Variants for individual manufacturers are created as modules on the same basis, without having to build a separate process for each partner. Onboarding a reseller thus becomes a configuration task rather than a project, and operational focus shifts from case processing to partner acquisition, claims and service.

What entrepreneurs can take from this

A white-label product only scales when every new partner is a configuration and not a new project.

A mechanism, not a promise of results: the effect depends on your starting process.

The principle yes, the implementation never one to one. A white-label product only scales when every new partner is a configuration and not a new project. In the initial conversation we check which part of it has the greatest leverage for you.
