Controlling event displays centrally

Starting point

On a sprawling event site, what matters is which information appears where. The event counted more than 205,000 visitors.

How do you control digital signage on a large exhibition site?

During the project, an editorial and information system with a smart TV application was built for 160 monitors of 62 inches. From a central editorial workstation, content can be adapted by hall, stand and programme item.

When the programme changes, notices do not have to be updated on each screen individually. One change at the editorial workstation is enough, and it is visible wherever it is needed.

What entrepreneurs can take from this

The larger a venue, the more important it is that a change is made in one place and appears correctly everywhere.

A mechanism, not a promise of results: the effect depends on your starting process.

Your question is not here? In the initial conversation we take 30 minutes for your specific topic.

In this project it was 160 monitors of 62 inches on a site with more than 205,000 visitors. The system scales with the number of locations because content is assigned by hall, stand and programme item.

The principle yes, the implementation never one to one. The larger a venue, the more important it is that a change is made in one place and appears correctly everywhere. In the initial conversation we check which part of it has the greatest leverage for you.
